How to stay fit. If you’re like most Americans, you could probably use a little help staying fit. The good news is that it’s not as hard as you might think. Here are a few tips to help you get started.

Americans, we like to be fit. We go to the gym, take Pilates classes, and run on the treadmill. And then we sit in our cars or in front of our computers for the rest of the day. Being sedentary is apparently now a national pastime. But being active is still important it keeps us healthy and helps prevent diseases. So how can we stay active when we’re so inactive? Here are some tips:

Keeping fit is important, and there are a lot of ways to do it. You can go to the gym, run outside, or take classes. But what if you don’t have time for that? Or you’re traveling and don’t have access to a gym? There are still plenty of ways to stay fit without leaving your home.

Here are some tips:
1. Do some strength training using your own body weight. Push-ups, squats, sit-ups, and lunges are all great exercises that can be done anywhere.
2. Dance! A good cardio workout doesn’t require any equipment or special skills – just turn on your favorite music and dance away.
